We want you to feel confident shopping with us. Every CoreTone Ab Trainer is backed by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty, and if something's not right with your order, we'll do our best to make it right.

1-Year Warranty

Your CoreTone Ab Trainer is covered by a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your machine has a mechanical issue or breaks under normal use, contact us and we'll work with you on a resolution — whether that's replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a refund.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, please contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We'll review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, one of the following must apply:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Your item never arrived
  • You changed your mind and the product is unused, includes all parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging (in this case, return shipping may apply).

Returned items should not show signs of damage, missing parts, improper use, or disassembly.

Some return requests may require photos or additional information before approval.

Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be provided once your request has been reviewed. For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is covered. For change-of-mind returns, please note that because this is a large, heavy item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We'll make the process as straightforward as possible.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Returns sent without approval may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Photos or video showing the issue
  • A brief description of what happened

Do not dispose of the item or packaging until we’ve reviewed your request. This helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
