First If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item at hello@oviliving.com. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

We’ll Make It Right If:

  • Your order arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item never arrived (after 45 days for US orders)
  • Your order is missing parts

If your issue falls into one of these categories, we’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit — whichever works best for you. We Can’t Offer Refunds or Returns If: You change your mind after the item is shipped Your shipping address was entered incorrectly The item was delivered (per tracking), but lost or stolen afterward The issue is reported more than 30 days after delivery Do I Need to Return the Product? In most cases, we do not require you to return the product. If we do need the item returned, we’ll provide instructions. Please note that we do not cover return shipping at this time. Cancellations You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processing and cannot be canceled. If you have any questions, just reach out.
