Return Window

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or refund, one of the following must apply:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item was damaged or defective upon arrival
  • Your item never arrived
  • You changed your mind and the product is unused and in original packaging (in this case, return shipping may apply)

Return Shipping

For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping is covered. For change-of-mind returns or non-defective items, you may be responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received (if applicable), your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
